Play it on an XB-40. Or Hohner C Slideharp or  C Koch (both Richter tuned 
chromatics). In the key of Eb, you need blow bends on XB-40 (lever jab on 
Slide/Koch) for Ab,Bb. Eb. Lowest note is C. highest note is Eb. Play it as it lies.

Seriously, it is fairly easy on a diatonic with one bend and one overblow in 
1st position on a diatonic.
