[Harp-L] Wireless setup inquiry - "instrument" vs "microphone"

Hey all,
  I'm out looking at wireless setups this week. 
My amps: Bassman RI and/or a Blues Jr.
Mics: EV606, Astatic crystal, and sometimes an SM57.
My question is: Is there a significant difference in wireless transmitting 
systems between those designated as "instrument" or "guitar", and those labeled 
as wireless "microphone" systems?
