I don't know about the current crop of EV mics, but I like the EV 630 for 
harp.  If you cut the elbow/arm off it makes a nice small sized bullet-ish mic.  
The sound is "cleaner" than a crystal/ceramic or a green bullet but drives an 
amp very nicely.  If you are looking to get a harp sound with more distictly 
defined notes through an amp, this mic does that very well.
