Great tune ! You do indeed use a C harp in 2nd position for the key of G. As 
with a great number of 78 rpm recordings, the pitch of the performance has 
been altered a little, and as reproduced on most of the current compilations 
and anthology CDs, it's flat by 30-40 cts. If you have software that can 
correct pitch, use it to bring the song back in tune. It also helps to use a 
harp that's tuned for Just Intonation - that way, you'll match all those 
5-draw notes. If you don't have the software yet, you can't do better than 
"Transcribe" from Seventh String Software (usual disclaimer of 
non-affiliation) at  www.seventhstring.demon.co.uk
