Someone asked about Doug Pul's CDs at coast2coast music.

I bought CD #2, Bending.

About 5 minutes into the CD I was able to bend the 1 draw on a Hohner Blues 
harp and in an hour was able to do all the draw bends and all the blow 
bends but the 10 hole.

Still can't control the 10 hole on a C harp.

This after weeks of frustration with other CDs and tips from web sites. 
Perhaps the frustration helped.

The CD helped a lot more.
