Hate to nitpick, tho, but the trumpeter wasn't Tommy Butterfield --
t'was Billy (although his full name was Charles William Butterfield.)

While "Butterfield" is no "Smith"--or "Wesson," for that
matter--it's by no means an uncommon name. For example, there was
a fine jazz trumpeter from the old days named Tommy Butterfield; you
can find a number of Butterfields in the phone book of any large
