Actuallu there is a very good trick to clean harmonicas. I do not know the name in english so any help would be welcome. ANyway, I'll try to explain.
 
People who have fake teeth have to clean them into a glass of water in which they have put an effervecent pill. (do you see what I mean?)
That product clean and make the harmonica free of any germs.
 
Leave your harmonica, unbuilded, about 30 minutes soaken into that product. Then, just wash quickly your harmonica with a bit of water. Dry it with a clean clothe and you've got a mint harmonica, as clean as a brand new one (or even cleaner than a brand new one!!)
