This piece is very enjoyable, and it certainly shows that you can do a
lot of expressive things with an XB-40 that can't be done with a
standard diatonic. I particularly enjoyed hearing those high-midrange
notes bending all over the place.
The amped harmonica sound is very nice too. What devices produced the
amped tone? I'm prepared to hear anything from "this was a Bullet mic
into a Premiere Twin 8" to "I did it all in software using Line 6 Amp
Farm".
It would be very nice indeed to hear this piece with a real, as opposed
to MIDI, band behind it.
