 I can convey plenty of emotion on a piano, bass or guitar
but I would be laughed off the stage.

Is the reason that you would be laughed of stage because the emotion you were conveying was that of a comic whos jokes sucked! 


I can play the drums in time
and with the emotion of a woman in labor or the intensity of a
wolverine fighting a grizzly bear yet no one on this planet would
consider me a drummer. 

Have you auditioned for any heavy metel bands lately, I bet you'd get some side work!
