Gordon Mitchell was an "original" member of the founding group of SPAH. 
He was a member for 38 years of which 30 years were as president (22-23 
yrs in a ROW at one point). He also served about 7 years in other posts 
(such as V.P. Treas. Sec'y.) Gordon played Chord with numerous 
harmonica groups, and because of his many years at the "top" of SPAH, 
had a great influence. He was also a sweet guy.  smo-joe
