For those of you on this list unfortunate enough to have never heard Rob
play, you can't really understand how good he is. I have been trying to steal
licks from "Shame, Shame, Shame' off and on for awhile now and it just points out
how technically proficient he is. Not to mention, he's a helluva nice guy,
too.
Some of the giants on this list, like Rob Paparozzi and Chris Michalek and
Peloquin and Winslow and the names could go on, are more than willing to share
their knowledge. All have helped me immensely, one way or another. I like the
threads that challenge them sometimes, but I would much rather listen to them
play than try to provoke discussion.
My harp obsession continues, my time constraints grow more difficult. But,
hell, we all have to have a dent in our armor.
