Why ..... because OB'rs can  ... and ... because they can do it beautifully  , and in their unique sound they stand out so stongly and moves people in a different and uniquely individually sounding manner , that's all . Another important reason , it can be done without a XB or Chromatic price tag too and if you take time you can  learn to set up any diatonic ( a quality made one mind you ) to do OB's .
