One more point about my BIAB/Midi file. It does NOT include the melody. If you don't know how
the melody goes, you really should locate a rendition by Dizzy or Bird. The midi file that
someone posted a few days was kind of cheesy. It really doesn't begin to do the tune justice.
Mitch Weiss' version is better but it artificially breaks the melody up into two different
octaves. I guess the harp he was using couldn't make the first low "A". And Mitch's version
doesn't include the interlude, or Bird's break.
