Bending while TB - yes.

putting your tongue forward to block any holes.

Yes.  There are MANY blues recordings where players do this as a matter of

I don't quite understand this question.  However...
You can bend notes from the left or right side of your mouth with tongue
block - although it requires you've put the practice in and you're familiar
with the technique.

You can play either a double stop (two notes) or a split double stop (two
notes, one note each side of your tongue/mouth, seperated by 1, 2 or 3
holes in the middle) AND bend the lower note down while hardly bending the
higher note.  It takes practice, but its been done.
