It appears that Holland's ex-partner, Lane Zastrow
only bought the old Holland factory.
Lane Z has hooked-up with Malcolm MacDonald
to make the Heritage Amps.

Holland Amps are now being sold through the Heritage Guitar Company in
Kalamazoo Michigan.
The amp I am told is built in Tennessee.
Former Gibson factory now building their own guitars since the early 80's I
think.
I have 4 of their guitars  and they are great.
