Re: Appreciation

Oh give me a break. You guys just ran off [shouted
down and misrepresented] yet another decent listmember
[Anthony] because he took issue with your anti-America
drivel [which is barely noticed as such here]. Now
it's all peaches and cream. Gag me. How about we beg
him to come back before we start waxing sentimental
about our honesty and generosity?

Robb [not shouted down yet. But not all that
interested in posting anymore either]

Subject: RE: In appreciation

I just want to say a very public thanks to all y'all
for
being such a
tremendous, welcoming, open-hearted, astute, honest
group
of PEOPLE that
happen to also be as nutty for harmonicas as I am.

MOST of what I know about harmonicas I got either
directly
or indirectly
from association with THIS list.

And the MAIN reasons this list is such a positive
influence
and resource:

The published goals, standards, rules, guidelines, and

"VISION" of the
list's founder(s).

The active, eager, enthusiastic, helpful participation
of
list members

The continued efforts of "List-Owner" to police,
manage,
babysit, direct,
guide, and LEAD the way.

Thanks, and warm regards to you ALL.

(Now let's get back to the important stuff!)

At the risk of being thought a purveyor of "attaboy"
posts
I should like to
say "hear hear" to all Scorcher says here. I'm
feeling a
bit shell-shocked
after a tough week, but it's much harder still on the
list
owner who does an
incredible amount of work behind the scenes, all the
more
because of clumsy
sorties by such as me into waters best left uncharted
(you
live and learn).
Thanks, mate.

Cheers!

Steve
