Buying a harp made in Czechoslovakia may not be such a bad deal.
1...My father in law was Czech
2...He was an excellent machinist
3...Everything Germany used in WWII (which WORKED) was of Czech 
design/manufacture
4...Czech & Austrian machinists have always been at the top of the tree
