Thinking I was real smart I put a 
mostly new   (working great) set of harps marine bands  sp 20's big rivers and a new
meisterklass in a neet vintage leather grip    shazam  some fool broke in my car
probably though the box was full of money
( cameras , computers, etc)    I now use a plastic grocery bag.
   so where to put the harps on the gig    I just work it out at the time 
i scramble on stage for the correct harp(just) long enough to catch my breath.
harp is such a knock out to most people, that no one seems to mind

Here a solution which cost about 15 bucks:
Get a drumstick carrying pouch (any music store should have it)
Buy a spring ribbon (any sewing store will have it)
Then, you fix a piece of ribbon making 7 spaces on each side of the inside of the pouch (you will have something similar as Lee Oskar pouch but you will be able to carry twice more harmonicas.)
Or else, you can also put the ribbon on only one side.
 
What you can also do is to take a Lee Oskar Pouch and put the harmonica standing in the mouthpiece rather than on the coverplate. Like that, you can put twice more harmonicas.

I have several of Sunnyside's custom cases, and they are great! Each 
one is unique. Most are vintage tweed, though some are leather, with 
beautiful foam inside, plastic inserts for the harps. I have a 
couple that have the harps layed out in piano-keyboard fashion so 
it's easy to tell which keyed harp is where.
