I have a Weltmeister chromatic and love it's tone. The big problem was the weak spring in the slide. Seems smooth as silk at first but after playing and saliva getting into the mouth piece, the thing sticks easily. Sent it to Mike Easton and he installed an exterior spring and it works great now. FZ
