harmonica accompaniment instruction

I am interested in finding guitar instruction for accompaniment of =
diatonic harmonica playing simple 12-bar blues. I would like to jam with =
a blues harp, not necessarily learn to play solo guitar blues.

Chord names, sequences and positions on the guitar would suffice.   I =
think that any notation of "jam track" type accompaniment would help me.

Can anyone suggest a source of such material.  Every book on Amazon =
seems to be instruction in playing solo blues guitar.
