I got a side by mose smith in 1972 called "over easy"
( and still love it.)
I'm a fan of LA harp players   lasy lester
slim harpo  mose smith  whisperin's also recorded
on a side at montro sw a little later in the 70's 
slim harpo was the 1st blues harper i saw
at the grande ballroom on grand river  in detroit 1968 or 9
he warmed up for chuck berry   I never got to see 
mose smith.  lester a johnson is a pal of mine  pure pontiac

Are you referring to Moses "Whisperin'" Smith and if so, how did you discover his music up there?  Just curious.  He has been gone now about 20 years.
