Tilted embouchure

Hi,

after years of using pursed lips, I am trying the tilted embouchure now
(i.e. have the harp in a 45-degree angle in your mouth, more specific:
resting in the natural curve in your lower lip with your upper lip
covering most of the upper coverplate).
I do feel/hear that it improves my tone and my vibrato, but I have
trouble playing fast licks across the harp (pursing feels like the thing
to do).
Any experiences, tips or tricks would be great.
