Thanks to all who responded to my question on recapturing tone for =
recording.  It was suggested that I report on my efforts, so here tis.  =
I returned to using the Shure 58 mic.  I ran it through the strap and =
dangled it in front of the amp.  Voila!  The tone was there. =20

I can't stress enough, how valuable the contributors to this list are to =
