On the draw notes its natural ( in most people not all ) to relax the diaphram and that helps to give the " fatter tone " , most people " tighten up " their diaphram on the blow . So just learn to relax a litte so your able to equal the type tone you get on the draw . Winslo Yerxa and many more have made this comment and it holds true :

A good vocal coach can physically show you how its done . Thats how opera singers got there great tonal quality and volume in sound during times in the past where there was no .P.A. system at all because they were not invented during operas golden years before electricity .
