Harp Depot and John Hall

A few days ago I posted a critical account of an experience I had with
Harp Depot. I had ordered an XB-40, and never received it. I decided to
just let it go, and in the future just deal with Coast to Coast.
Lo-and Behold. I get a phone call from John. He handled my situation,
and explained how it occurred. I am truly amazed! John is a class guy,
and Harp Depot is back on my good-guy list. I will once again to
business with Harp Depot, and would not hesitate to recommend them to
anyone.
