Many of you have missed the point - it is not about finding 5 anytime spare 
minutes in a bathroom, while driving a car, while watching tv, etc.

The discipline is to find 5 minutes/day atthesametimeANDPLACEeveryday and 
making them "sacred" - it is about YOU and YOUR HARMONICA - nothing else - no 
distractions, no interruptions, no bowel movements.
