RE: Five Minutes/day
Amen!
Hi, y'all don't know me - as this is my first post - but I am a firm believer in Iceman's five minutes a day discipline. I have been using it ever since he showed a group of harmonica students I was watching at Jon Gindick's Jam Camp in Skokie.
It works. My harmonica students - (all four of them, heh) - are able to show me results when we focus on simple goals that can be achieved in a week's time, for instance. I find this method so much better for getting results than any other I have ever tried. It works for ME as well.

What's the evidence that five minutes works?
Feedback from many of my students taught this discipline at Augusta Heritage Center and the clinics I've given.
