Who did the blues tune with lyrics...

I got an Eldorado Cadillac...
I got a Fat Tire on the back...
I got a charge account at Goldman-Sachs...

I'm sure I don't have the lyrics exactly right... but maybe you guys can
help me anyway.

Great blues harp on intro... all I have is first few bars in a sound clip.

Anybody know who and what CD I should buy?
