This is a real problem and one which must come under review again.  If we 
have the convention in the traditional place then we effectively rule out 
anyone below 18.  If we have it before then we have other problems.
Thanks for bringing this up Tim.  I believe that it is important that we 
have the ability to meet people in education and also to provide a forum 
for teachers to meet and discuss strategies in schools.

Congratulations on the new career... I can attest that it's a great one.  I 
went from being way up the tree in the European computer industry to 
becoming a classroom teacher. Very little money to start off with but 
immense satisfaction and the feeling that you are really contributing to 
the community rather than making black boxes :))
