Another reason to go to SPAH

Hi List!
Here is a post for all of you who have never been to SPAH before. If you
have never attended one of these conventions you may very well have never
heard Ben Nathanson play. Then you have truly missed something. He is one of
these guys that the very instant you hear him play, you know it is Ben, on
note is enough to tell its him. His tone is great and truly uniqe, I have
never heard anyone sound like that. His phrasing is as good as it gets, and
he never seems to run out of ideas. Whenever he plays at the nightly
blues-jam, everyone sharpens their ears, pros and amateurs alike, because he
is always coming up with something new and inovative. In short, if you´ve
never heard Ben Nathanson play, do yourself a favour, come to St Louis and
check him out. By the way, there will be a few more good players there as
well...
