I have a '61, all original including Jensen P10Q speaker. Probably the =
favorite of all my amps, use it on all my recording work. These amps =
sound great for harp with a variety of different mics. I also play =
guitar and these are great sounding guitar amps also, every guitar =
player who's ever played through it has asked me to sell it or if I'd =
lend it out for their recording work. This was Steve Croppers amp of =
choice for all those great Stax hits he played on. The Harvard is =
considered one of the finest recording amps ever made. I think every =
studio I've ever worked in, made an offer on the amp after hearing it. =
I use mine for gigging too and will hold it's own except for the largest =
rooms or real loud bands, even then you can mic it. I also use to use =
mine as a "head" to drive a 4x10 cab, sounded incredible, much better =
projection. If this is an amp you're considering to purchase, by all =
means grab it, if not, contact me off-list with purchasing info, I maybe =
interested!!
Regards,
Don D.
