The great Irish chromatic harmonica player Eddie Clarke (b. Virginia, Co Cavan, Ireland, 1945) passed away earlier this week of complications following a recent stroke.

Many consider him to be the best Celtic harmonica player ever.

He was featured on the Green Linnet recordings "Crossroads" and "Sailing into Walpole's Marsh".
