[Harp-L] Need help in describing 12 bar songs

So - I can find lots of internet and CD instructionals on blues scales,
harp techniques, and 12 bar chord progressions, but is there any place I
can go to learn the difference between shuffle, swing, and cha-cha?  How
do I develop an understanding and vocabulary around tempo, beat, and
rhythm such that I can describe the differences between Cross Cut Saw,
Little By Little, and Mustang Sally?
