[Harp-L] Music software inquiry

Fellow List Members,
 
     No matter how simple the melody, playing it on harmonica through a 
computer alters how the melody will appear in tablature. Can anyone make me aware 
of a software program that accurately tracks musical riffs, songs and phrases 
played through computer on harmonica?  All the software programs I've worked 
with have been thrown off by my breathe patterns and the throat sounds I 
produce.
