For anyone that is interested, here are some files that show the difference between just and equal tunings.

Listen to the chords, they play each chord in both tunings.

Listen to the scale, they play each scale tone in both tunings side by side.

Pehaps a bit artificial as these are pure tones, real instruments are not so pure.
