Hepatitis C is very contagious, it's transmitted by blood, it will live for days
on a dry environment. It would be unwise to assume that a harp player didn't
have cuts or sores in his mouth.There is no current cure for Hepatitis C so
disinfect your harp before playing.

Most things like isopropyl alcohol evaporate pretty quick.
