I think that it has been determined that that feat has not yet been 
accomplished.
With the diminishing use of our instruments in pop music in general, it may 
be quite a while before we hear it.
unrelated, but interesting:
I did just hear a great Muzak version of "All That You Dream-(Little Feat)" 
while on hold with the evil SBC.
