[Harp-L] UPDATE

Ok, the registration server now points at the harp-l.org server dns.  It 
will take at least 12 hours for this to right itself.  AS the day 
progresses the dns info will propogate across the internet and gradually 
harp-l.org will begin to be accessible again.  If you just can't wait to 
read the archives you can access them via www.harp-l.com  Click on 
archives and then just change the .org part of the url to .com and 
they'll work.  Once you're into pipermail you'll be ok to read.  BY the 
way, this wasn't our screwup.  NameBargain reset the dns to their
