Not just that, how could ~anyone~ rate Jack Daniels on the same level as 
Talisker?

Years ago, Tony Glover mentioned soaking a harp in vodka in his book 
"Blues Harp".  But that was before we Americans had discovered single malts.
I would recommend Ardbeg or Springbank.
