I seem to remember reading something on the list (from Mr. Hunter?) about 
the RP200 not working well with your typical hi-z bullet style harp mic, 
whereas the Harp Commander is designed to accept this type of mic's hot 
signal. So, if you have a strong preference for a bullet-type mic, this 
would be a consideration.
I have not used the RP200 or 300 but I do own a Harp Commander (I've had 
great results with my HC using dynamic mics -- a Shure 545S and SM57, and an 
EV RE-10 -- and a more traditional "harp mic" -- a JT-30 with CR element).
