Echo Tremolo Harp - a 56/96 (24 Reed, if that's how it's

top/bottom cover plates (rivets came out) fell off so I'm actually
having to
hold it together while I play. Leaves the mouth a bit sore at times

own stock in Blistex). Guess my question is multi-fold: 1) CAN one
tongue-block on such an instrument? 2) Is it worth having it
re-riveted?
* For the covers try using a "tap" nail from the shoe repair shop.
They are the tiny nails which hold the taps on the stiletto heels women
wear. If the hole is too large, slip in a round tooth pick & glue.
Yes, you CAN tongue block an Echo harp. I do it all the time. In fact,
it's my first harp. Mine has only 64 holes.
