The car is a great place to practice... But PLEASE don't play as you 
drive...Park up first!
Certainly in the UK, if the police see you driving while playing a harmonica, 
it will be AT LEAST three points on your licence, plus a substantial fine!
"Driving without care and attention" or "careless driving" even "dangerous 
driving "...
It will ALWAYS be treated in Britain as "an offence "...
It simply isn't worth the risk!
OK... I mostly play with my eyes shut... That isn't too good when driving!
