Bob Dylan used to play minor keys in 4th rather than in 3rd.

All Along the Watchtower is in C#m on a E harp, Hurricane is in A minor on a
C and Sara is in E minor on a G.

I'm interested in learning fourth position. What is the  tablature and notes
on a C harp? What songs would be useful in learning Fourth to practice ?
Finally, can anyone confirm that Fourth on a C harp is in the key  of A?
