Another cheap solution--Harp Commander, Pod, or Digitech pedal, used
solid state small PA amp (available on Ebay for $50 and under) and the
speakers of your choice.  I recommend used alnico organ speakers
(available on Ebay for $10-$20 each.)  It will also make a good acoustic
guitar amp if you use more full range speakers.
