Assuming that we are sold on attending this stellar event ..............

............If not at the SPAH hotel,  where will it be?
............What time of day does it start?
............Is it reasonable to expect to have dinner there?
............The restaurant website doesn't show a map.
............Has transportation from the hotel been arranged....carpool, bus,
etc?
............Who do we see for a ride?
............What is the cost of the bus trip, cover charge, etc.?

Most SPAH attendees are in a hotel on the outskirts of an unfamiliar city.
You will have a much bigger attendance if you make it easy to go!
