I use the tip of my tongue, and the top.  When I tongue block on my =
chromatic, I have to jam a lot of harp in my mouth, and use the top of =
the tongue.  I tried using the bottom of the tongue for tongue block, =
yesterday and found it very uncomfortable.

  I use TB and just tried the two options you mention. Sorry, neither =
the top nor
  the bottom of my tongue allows a TB without problems. I use the tip of =
the tongue
  to shut one whole and play the next whole to the right.
