I think he uses Hohner Special 20. That's what is written in a Jean Jacques Milteau's Book. But He may change the tuning.
It is written, in Steve Baker's Harp Handbook that Magic is looking for special spiral tuning...
 
Meanwhile, all of that has been written by 15 years ago...
 
I do not know much about it.
