RE: Mitch Weiss and Bill Barrett

FYI, Bill and I have done a couple of collaborations. My original tune
entitled "Miles Away" (which will be on the new harp-l cd ) and Stevie
Wonder's tune "Superstitious". Bill and I were both really pleased with how
this turned out. You can find them at http://ampcast.com/mitchweiss You'll
have to scroll down aways to find these tunes.
Concerning "Cold Duck Time", this is a great tune for the harp as Ned Kraft
mentioned. I just wanted to be clear that I don't use overblows on the
CX-10 Chromatic, but as Ned states this is a great tune to get that 6 hole
OB going(if you're playing it in 2nd Position. I play it in 5th(key of E on
a C harp - you wouldn't need any OB's in that position). If there is any
interest I can put up the rhythm track for this tune at my amcast website so
that people can download it for jamming with. Let me know either offlist or
on (key of G or key of E).
Thanks to all offlist and on for the compliments, they are GREATLY
appreciated. Feel free to ask questions at any time.

P.S. Does anyone Tongue Block using the top of their tongue on the harp?
How does that little instruction sheet that comes with the Marine Band (does
it still?) show you how to do it? I know that's where I first learned to do
it. Although when I first read the instructions I said "they have got to be
kidding, can anybody really do that!? I'll just pucker! LOL.
