Thank you to everybody!
REALLY helpful responses both on and off list.

1. The overwhelming amount of responses suggesting that I learn to do my own
adjustments has convinced me to buy a set of tools and get past my fear of
tweaking. 

2. After years of playing stock harps I'm still going to indulge myself by
buying few customs. I now have plenty of info on how to approach that
decision making process.

3. You guys should all collaborate on a book.
