Just wanted to thank those of you who posted encouraging messages in =
response to my circuitous verbal meanderings concerning my personal =
history and observations.

Also, thanks, Mike (Curtis), for the offer. I'll look you up sometime =
soon. I was playing harp and guitar today up near Diamond Bar, at a =
friend's birthday party at his mom's home. I live in Huntington Beach, =
just a short drive from some of your haunts. We'll get together. I truly =
appreciate your generous and encouraging offer.

By the way, thanks also to all who posted here about the life and music =
of Paul Butterfield, one of my earliest influences. Great player, =
difficult and saddening to hear how he left us.
